Welcome Offer

Foxy Zero was launched in 2009 by the Cashcade network and offers free bingo 24/7 with real cash prizes, but as much as we like free stuff this site is struggling under its big brother’s shadow, and we’d rather spend a little money for a more enjoyable experience at Foxy Bingo – but that may be just us!

Signing up is a simple process of basic details, but unlike its brother site you need to fill in your credit card details even if you’re not making a deposit – for verification purposes they say, but that wasn’t the case with Foxy Bingo.

Once you’re registered you get to choose to play for free right away or get a £20 bonus on your first £10 deposit, plus there’s a 50% reload bonus on subsequent deposits.

First Impressions

As with Foxy Bingo, the fox is the star of the show here, and there’s also a similar colour scheme, font, and general layout – which isn’t really surprising – but that’s about where the similarities stop.

As their motto is “You Play, We Pay” we thought we’d take them up on that offer, but despite 24/7 free bingo promises, when we got to the lobby we discovered we had to wait 50 minutes for the next game – so we chose to pay and play instead!

Bonuses and Promotions

As in life, there’s no such thing as a free supper, and the limited promotions that are on this site are only for depositing players. In all honesty, you get what you pay for, and if you want to be a complete freeloader you won’t get all that much.

Bingo and Slots Games

The lobby is where you can find all the free games by simply choosing the Free tab, or you can select 1p/2p, or 5p/10p, or pre-purchase options instead. You can also see what prizes are up for grabs, how many players are in the game, and whether it’s 90 or 75 ball Bingo – the next free game already had 60 players signed up with just under an hour to go, and a mere £2 on offer… you do the maths!

The bingo rooms are in a standard layout, with easy to select options of handpicking your cards or you can auto-select instead. You can see gameplay info, quick tabs to the lobby, banking details, mini-games to play while you’re waiting, and details about progressive jackpots too. There are some really detailed option choices to ensure the bingo room looks and feels the way you want it, so you can adjust sounds, how your cards are laid out, and even the dabbing configurations! Even send virtual gifts to your other roomies, if you feel so inclined!

You can check out all the slots and Instants from the lobby or the home page, and with a huge selection to choose from you’ll be spoiled for choice – but you’ll be paying a pretty penny here, as these don’t come under the free theme.

There are over £10,000 in guaranteed jackpots every month, with jackpots up to £50 with cards starting from 2p – but that’s where the buck stops!

Other Features

Like Foxy Bingo, Foxy Zero is regarded as having some of the best Chat Hosts around, which is often the making or the breaking of the site – but as good as they are, it’s not enough to make us stick around.

A few queries are addressed in the Help section, but it’s pretty limited, so there is a 24/7 customer service desk which can be contacted by phone or email, and they say they’ll endeavour to respond within 48 hours.

Summary

This site pales in comparison to its older, wiser, and far more popular sibling Foxy Bingo, despite the lure of free gameplay. It’s got a lot of maturing to do, it’s not really worth the effort for the minimal prizes and the numbers competing for them, and it’s just not as much fun as Foxy Bingo – so for a small investment, we reckon stick with the latter, you’ll thank us for it!

Having said all that, there are a bunch of other sites that use the same Cassava licensing, which provide a much better gaming experience. You wouldn’t go far wrong by checking out those instead.
