About Gala Stockport

Gala Bingo Stockport is a large and modern purpose built venue located close to the town centre, with local bus routes servicing the area, and parking for 210 cars.

The club has regular daily specials, giveaways and competitions, and of course, some great prizes on offer – there are also slot machines if you want a brief change of scenery. There’s also a bar and café offering good value food and beverages throughout the day and night, and disabled facilities, hearing loops, and a smoking shelter is available if required.

The town of Stockport has a long history, with tools and weapons discovered dating back to 1200 BCE, but it was the industrial era that really saw the economy boom when it became one of the predominant areas for silk and hat making – exporting more than six million hats a year in the late 1800s.
