Lippy Bingo sells itself on personality. The name’s a wink, the copy wants you putting your lipstick on before you play, and the whole thing is pitched as the fun, girly corner of online bingo. The question worth asking about a site like this isn’t whether it’s licensed or safe, because it is. It’s whether any of that character survives to the part where you’re actually buying tickets.
