One Gibraltar company holds the UK licence behind Mecca Bingo, Grosvenor, Kitty Bingo and nine other names you’ll recognise, and the group above it owns bingo halls and casinos you can walk into. That company is Rank Interactive. You may have opened an account at one of these sites without knowing they were related; this page is the map that explains them all.

Rank Interactive Sites List
Rank’s British list runs to twelve sister sites, and the split that matters most is what each one actually gives you. Three do bingo. Nine don’t do it at all.
| Brand | Type | What’s Unique |
|---|---|---|
| Mecca Bingo | Bingo | Carries the name of the bingo halls that Rank runs offline |
| Kitty Bingo | Bingo | Welcome offer splits two ways (£35 bingo bonus or 100 free spins) |
| Lucky Pants Bingo | Bingo | Chat moderators hand out free cards and spins in the rooms every day |
| Grosvenor Casinos | Casino | The only Rank brand with poker and a sportsbook attached |
| The Vic | Casino | Live roulette beamed out of the Grosvenor Victoria itself (10p to £10000) |
| Rialto Casino | Casino | Borrows the Coventry Street casino’s name |
| Mecca Games | Casino | Mecca branding with no bingo rooms whatsoever |
| Regal Wins | Casino | Tightest bonus conversion ceiling in the group at £50 |
| Lucky VIP | Casino | Bonus conversion runs up to £1000 |
| Magical Vegas | Casino | 100 free spins for a £10 deposit and £10 of play |
| Spin&Win | Casino | Asks £20 rather than £10 and pays 200 spins for it |
| Bella Casino | Casino | The only casino we’ve seen with a rose pink colour scheme |
The three bingo brands share one engine. Mecca Bingo is the household name of the set, and the rooms behind Kitty Bingo come off the same Playtech system that powers Lucky Pants Bingo. A ticket book bought at one looks a great deal like a ticket book bought at another.
The casino side is wider than most people expect from a single operator. Grosvenor Casinos is the flagship and the only one carrying poker and sport alongside the slots. The Vic is the odd one, wired to a specific London building rather than to nothing in particular. And Mecca Games takes the bingo brand’s name and hands you no bingo at all, just slots.
Below those, three sister sites cover much the same ground in different colours, and the differences that matter live in the bonus terms rather than the games. Regal Wins stops bonus conversion dead at £50. Lucky VIP lets it run to £1,000. Our Rialto Casino write-up covers the third, a site that took a famous London casino’s name and never built anything venue-shaped behind it.
Offers change often, so everything below was checked on 29 July 2026 and may have moved by the time you read it. Magical Vegas and Bella Casino were both running £10 in and £10 played for 100 free spins, with a £200 cap on what you can win from them. Spin&Win asks double and gives double, £20 for 200 spins, but caps the win at £100 instead. Every one of those sits on 10x wagering, which is the highest a UK licence permits.
Rank Interactive, and Who Owns It
The licence holder is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, company number 120385 on the Gibraltar register, working out of Suite 3 at Icom House on Irish Town. That entity is named in the terms of all twelve sites, and it’s the answer to who owns Mecca Bingo, who owns Grosvenor Casinos and every other version of that question you might type into Google.
Above it is The Rank Group Plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange. The same group runs the Grosvenor casinos and the Mecca bingo halls you’ll find in towns and cities across the country, which is what separates Rank from the online-only operators it competes with.
Rank Interactive is the online arm and nothing more, and it sits under The Rank Group Plc overall umbrella. It doesn’t run the halls, and the halls don’t run it, but both report up to the same plc.
That parentage doesn’t make any single site better to play at. It does mean there’s more public information about the owner than you’ll find for most gambling companies, because a listed business files accounts, publishes results and has a share price that reacts when a regulator gets involved. You can look Rank up in a way you can’t look up a privately held operator registered offshore.
The Two Ghosts on Everyone Else’s List
Look Rank up on most sister-site pages, and you’ll find more names than twelve, because Robin Hood Bingo and Moon Bingo still haunt the older write-ups. Both really were Rank-owned brands, which is where the confusion starts. Neither ever sat inside this family properly. They ran as white labels on 888’s Dragonfish bingo network, on that platform’s licence rather than Rank’s own, so the brand list in Rank Interactive’s terms never carried them. Both are closed now.
You may also come across counts higher than twelve for a different reason, and those aren’t necessarily wrong either. Rank also runs a set of Spanish-facing brands, which sit outside the British licence and can’t be played from here, so we’ve kept them off this page. Twelve is the number that matters if you’re in the UK.
Why Your Bank Statement Says Kitty Bingo and Not Rank
This is a question people search for a lot, usually after spotting a line on a statement they can’t place. The honest answer is that Rank Interactive almost never turns up there in the first place.
We read the payment terms on the sites. Every single one names the brand rather than the parent company.
| Brand | Shows on your statement as |
|---|---|
| Mecca Bingo | MECCABINGO |
| Mecca Games | MECCAGAMES |
| Kitty Bingo | KITTYBINGO |
| Lucky Pants Bingo | LUCKYPANTS |
| Lucky VIP | LUCKYVIP |
| Magical Vegas | MAGICALVEGAS |
| Regal Wins | REGALWINS |
| Rialto Casino | RIALTO |
| Spin&Win | SPINANDWIN |
| Bella Casino | BELLA |
| The Vic | THEVIC |
Two of those catch people out. Lucky Pants Bingo drops the Bingo entirely and bills as LUCKYPANTS. Rialto and Bella both shorten to a single vague word, which is easy enough to stare at for a while before the penny drops.
If a charge on your statement reads Rank Interactive on its own, it matches none of the eleven above, so check it properly rather than filing it away as a bingo deposit you’d forgotten about.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Learn the cashier at one Rank site, and you’ve learned it at all of them! Reading these payment pages back to back, the wording barely shifts from one to the next, and neither do the rules.
The following payment methods run across the Rank brands:
- Visa and Mastercard debit cards
- PayPal
- Apple Pay
- Instant Bank Transfer, powered by Trustly
- Paysafecard, for deposits only
No credit cards anywhere in the group, which is British law rather than a Rank policy, and no Amex at all. Skrill and Neteller don’t feature either.
Ten pounds is the minimum for a deposit and for a withdrawal on every method that pays out, and nothing is deducted from a payout at any stage. Fast Withdrawals is the quick lane, open to PayPal and all the major banks, and money moving that way normally lands within fifteen minutes of you asking for it. A card outside that scheme falls back to somewhere between one and three working days.
Two rules catch players out more than the rest. Payouts follow net deposits, so if you’ve funded an account from both a card and a wallet, the cashier decides where the money goes back and you don’t get a say. The second is the name check. The account holder and the payment method holder have to be the same person, and Rank verifies that when you try to take money out rather than when you put it in.
Deposits themselves land instantly from the £10 mark, whichever method you use.
Pounds and euros both work in the cashier. Paysafecard takes money in and never sends any back out, so it’s not a viable choice if you expect to withdraw from it. And a welcome offer will often exclude PayPal and Paysafecard as qualifying deposit methods even though the cashier accepts them happily the rest of the time, which is a detail that costs people their bonus on day one. Again, these are subject to change, so make sure you read the terms when you sign up.
Only 3 Sister Sites Have Bingo
Here’s the thing most people get wrong about Rank online. The group is famous for bingo because of the halls, yet nine of its twelve British websites don’t run a single bingo room.
Mecca Bingo, Kitty Bingo and Lucky Pants Bingo sit on Playtech’s Virtue Fusion, the bingo software behind a large slice of the UK market. Shared software means the room types, the ticket formats and the way a game plays out repeat across all three, so the differences come down to branding, chat and the promotions calendar.
Everything else is casino. No single house platform sits underneath them. Pragmatic Play, Greentube, Blueprint and Games Global supply the slots between them, and Evolution deals the live tables. Spin&Win at least tells you what it is by its name. Mecca Games is the one that potentially confuses people, wearing a bingo brand with nothing but slots behind it.
How tightly those nine are run as one product shows up in the promotions. On the day we checked, the same daily offer was live at Magical Vegas, Bella Casino, Lucky VIP, Regal Wins and Spin&Win, identical down to the wording. Opt in once, stake £10 on selected slots, take up to 5 free spins a day at 1x wagering with winnings capped at 5x, ending 2 August. Rialto and The Vic were running their version of it on a named game, Golden Winner, instead. One marketing team, seven front doors.
Registration is capped at one account for each brand, and the cap is drawn around the brand rather than around the group. A Mecca Bingo account and a Kitty Bingo account can happily exist in your name at the same time. A second account at either of them can’t. Each one keeps its own balance and its own bonuses, so nothing you build up at one site follows you across to another.
One Licence Number Links Them All
Every Rank brand a British player can reach trades on UK Gambling Commission account 57924. The same number appears in the Mecca Bingo footer, the Grosvenor footer and the Bella Casino footer. Anyone playing from outside Britain is covered by Gibraltar’s RGL 133 and RGL 134 rather than by the UK licence.
Fund protection is where a bit of honesty is needed. The Commission rates Rank medium, and medium describes an arrangement rather than scoring one. Customer money goes into a designated account of its own, sitting well away from the cash the business trades on, and that is the whole of the arrangement. Nobody holds it in trust on your behalf. Were Rank Interactive ever to fail, the separation would strengthen your claim on that money without promising you’d see it. Medium is the middle of three ratings and most large UK operators sit exactly there, so read it as normal rather than as a red flag. Your balance still isn’t protected the way money in a bank account is.
Complaints that customer support can’t settle end up with IBAS, which adjudicates disputes for the whole Rank family under one arrangement.
Leave an account untouched for twelve months, and it gets marked dormant. Rank gives 30 days’ notice before that happens and takes nothing off the balance, which is better housekeeping than a good number of operators manage.
One last thing, and it applies to any big family of gambling brands rather than to Rank alone. Popular names attract copies. Sites turn up using a Rank brand’s name and logo, describing themselves as the official version, with no connection to the company whatsoever. We won’t name them or link to them, because attention is what they thrive on, but keep your eye out for scams.
The check takes about five seconds and needs no knowledge of the industry. Scroll to the bottom of the page you’re on. A real Rank site carries UK Gambling Commission account number 57924 in its footer, with a link through to the Commission’s own register so you can confirm it. Wrong number, no number, or a number that pulls up a different company when you look it up, and you aren’t where you think you are.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use the same login at more than one Rank site?
No. Every brand is a separate registration with its own username, password and balance, and Rank allows one account per brand. Your Mecca Bingo details won't sign you in at Kitty Bingo, Grosvenor or The Vic, and you'd need to register and verify from scratch at each one.
Are all the Rank sites signed up to GAMSTOP?
Yes. Registering with GAMSTOP is a condition of holding a Great Britain remote gambling licence, and all of the brands trade on the same GB licence. A GAMSTOP self-exclusion therefore shuts the whole group at once rather than one site at a time, which is a point in its favour if you're using the scheme.
Does my online account connect to a Grosvenor or Mecca venue membership?
At Grosvenor, yes, fully. Grosvenor One is a single-wallet account that serves as your website and in-club account together: one balance covers play online, the cash desk and the gaming machines in a venue, and verified in-club winnings can be paid in and used on the website. Mecca does it differently. The clubs and the website are run by separate companies with separate registrations, and a club Mecca Max balance never merges with a website balance. What Mecca offers instead is Cash Out in Club, where you request a withdrawal from your online account and collect it as cash at any club the same day, between £10 and £100. That's a payout method rather than a shared wallet, and the money only travels one way, you can't add to your online account balance.
