Every site we list has been signed up to, deposited on, played at, and withdrawn from. We don’t rank operators we haven’t tested, and we don’t write reviews we wouldn’t stand behind in conversation.
What We Do
Our coverage includes reviews on UK online bingo operators (currently 300+ in our database), the bonuses and offers attached to them, and the UK’s local bingo halls (200+ clubs in our directory).
Every operator we feature holds a UK Gambling Commission licence. We verify the licence on the UKGC public register before a site earns a place on Bingotastic.
We also cover slot sites, casino sites, and the slingo / bingo-themed slots category that’s grown alongside online bingo. But the core of the site is bingo, that’s what we know best, and that’s what we’ve been writing about for over a decade.
Editorial Honesty
Bingotastic is funded by referral commission. When you sign up to a bingo site through one of our links, the operator pays us a fee. That commission funds the editorial work, testing, writing, bingo hall research, and the team behind the site.
What it doesn’t do is change anything we publish. Operators cannot pay to be featured higher on our lists. They can’t change what we write about them, edit our scores, or remove a downgrade. Our placements are entirely at our own editorial discretion. If an operator pulls a stunt, drops a UKGC enforcement notice, slows withdrawals, or quietly changes terms, we say so and update our reviews, regardless of our commercial relationship with them.
How we test sites
Every operator listed on Bingotastic goes through the same five-step process before a review is published:
Step 1: Sign up and verify. We complete the full registration, so we know exactly what UK players are asked for and how long it takes.
Step 2: Deposit and test the bonus. We deposit real money, claim the welcome offer, and read every line of the bonus terms. Wagering, max win, expiry, eligible games, restricted countries, all of it.
Step 3: Play across rooms and games. We play multiple bingo rooms at different stake levels and try a slice of the slots library to gauge variety, software quality, and chat-room culture.
Step 4: Withdraw and time it. We request a withdrawal and time the round trip from request to received funds. Withdrawal speed is one of the most under-reported quality signals in UK bingo.
Step 5: Score, write, and re-check. We score the operator against our published criteria, write the review in our own voice, and re-check the offer terms at least quarterly to keep listings accurate.
Who runs Bingotastic
Bingotastic was founded in 2013 by Andrew Palmer, who has worked in UK iGaming for 15+ years. Andrew runs the editorial side personally, every review on the site has been read or edited by him before publication.
For specific queries, we operate role-based contact points (see “Get in touch” below), but the buck stops with Andrew on anything editorial. If you spot a factual error, a misleading claim, or a review that hasn’t been updated, he wants to know.

What we won’t do
There are some things we don’t do, and they’re worth being explicit about:
We don’t list unlicensed operators. If a site doesn’t hold a current UKGC licence, it doesn’t appear on Bingotastic, full stop. This includes “offshore” sites that target UK players without UK licensing. The industry has become rife with unregulated crypto sites and dodgy sites in offshore jurisdictions. We only list UK licensed sites, simples!
We don’t write reviews we haven’t tested. There are no “reviews-by-spec-sheet” pages on Bingotastic. If a review exists, someone here has signed up, played, and withdrawn.
We don’t accept paid placements that aren’t disclosed. All affiliate relationships are disclosed at the offer level (every offer box on the site carries a #AD marker and a full T&Cs link).
We don’t republish operator press releases as editorial. Operator PR is operator PR. Our reviews are our reviews.
