About Mecca Rotherham

Mecca Bingo Rotherham is situated in the heart of the town, and despite being located in the building of a grand old theatre venue it’s a modern and spacious club, with seating for 974.

Because of its convenient central location, it has all the major bus routes servicing the area, is close to Rotherham Central train station, but has no available parking on the premises.

The club has a very friendly and social team, with traditional and electronic Bingo, daily specials, regular promotions, and lots of great prizes on offer – it’s good to keep an eye on their busy Facebook page to make sure you don’t miss out on anything!

There is also a bar and diner serving good value food and beverages, a gaming area, cash machines, and disabled facilities.

The premises started life as the Regal Cinema in 1934, which was designed for stage performances as well as cinematic presentations. It became an Odeon in 1946, a Rank cinema in 1975, and emerged as The Ritz Bingo hall in the mid-80s, before finally being bought by its current owners, Mecca Bingo.
