If you’ve played at more than a few UK bingo sites, you’ll have met the same rooms again and again, from The Jackpot Room to Bingo Blast and Boom Box. That was Pragmatic Play, the software behind more of Britain’s bingo lobbies than any other name.
In June 2026, Pragmatic Play announced it would stop offering bingo, and most of the sites that used it now play on other bingo software.
What Happened to Pragmatic Play Bingo?
Pragmatic Play is a games studio best known for slots like Big Bass Bonanza and Sweet Bonanza, and for about a decade it also supplied the bingo for a large share of UK sites. More than 30 of the sites we’ve reviewed used its software, and only Dragonfish came close to that count.
Its bingo covered 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball, 50-ball and 30-ball games, plus Bingo Blast, a 90-ball game that played 3 to 4 times faster than usual. Every room was networked, so sites shared one pool of players and the pots were fed by ticket sales across many sites at once.
Partners are moving to other software one by one, and Pragmatic has kept the rooms running without setting an end date. Its slots carry on as normal, so you’ll still see Pragmatic games on most of the sites below.
Former Pragmatic Play Bingo Sites
The following sites used to run using Pragmatic Play bingo software and have since moved to new software or closed down their Pragmatic bingo rooms. You can still play a wide range of Pragmatic Play slots from these sites.

The Rooms Still Running
Most of the old room list has gone. When we checked Spin Genie, Slingo and Bingo Britain in late October 2026, a core set was still playing: The Jackpot Room for 90-ball, Country Roads for 75-ball, Boom Box and the quick Zoom Room. Not every room plays all day, so a lobby can look far emptier in the morning than it does at night.
Where the Pragmatic Sites Went
Pragmatic Play never ran bingo sites itself. It licensed the software to operators, and 2 networks accounted for most of the UK sites.
Jumpman Gaming was the biggest user by a distance. Its platform hosts over 150 brands, from Mirror Bingo to the smallest slots site, and every one with a bingo tab now runs Playtech’s Virtue Fusion rooms instead. Our Jumpman Gaming sites directory covers the whole family.
Broadway Gaming’s Butlers, Glossy, Dotty, Rosy and Bingo Diamond now play on Dragonfish, alongside the rest of its sites such as 888 Ladies. A few shared Pragmatic rooms, The Jackpot Room included, still sit in their lobbies for now. There’s more on the company itself on our Broadway Gaming sites listing.
Of the smaller operators, Grace Media’s Chit Chat Bingo and Panda Bingo ended up on Playtech bingo through the ProgressPlay network, while LottoGo closed its bingo but kept its lottery betting and casino games.
The Bingo Spot
The Bingo Spot is Pragmatic Play’s live game show take on bingo, launched at the end of 2025, and it’s still listed on Pragmatic’s live casino site. Instead of a quiet networked room, you get a studio, presenters calling the balls, and a format built for big multipliers. Five Lucky Numbers each round carry multipliers that can reach 20,000x a ticket, a Wild Ball spins a Bonus Wheel worth up to four extra balls, and you can hold up to 400 tickets in a single round.
Two things to know before you go looking for it. It lives in live casino sections rather than bingo lobbies, because it’s a studio game that was never part of the bingo network, so the closure doesn’t touch it. And those 20,000x figures are maximum wins, not expectations, so treat it as a game show you watch with a stake, and only play with money you’d happily spend on the entertainment.
FAQ
Is Pragmatic Play closing its bingo?
Yes. Pragmatic announced in June 2026 that it would stop offering bingo. The rooms are closing as partners move to other software, but no official end date has been set.
Which UK bingo sites still use Pragmatic Play?
Only a few remain now, mainly Spin Genie, Slingo and Bingo Britain, plus some shared rooms on Broadway’s sites. Jumpman’s sites have moved to Virtue Fusion, and Broadway’s to Dragonfish.
Does Mecca Bingo use Pragmatic Play?
No. Mecca runs Virtue Fusion bingo software, a different network. You will find Pragmatic Play slots there, but not their bingo product. It’s the same software Jumpman’s sites moved to in 2026.
What is The Bingo Spot?
It’s a live game show version of bingo from Pragmatic Play, found in live casino sections rather than bingo lobbies. As far as we’re aware, it isn’t closing with the rest of Pragmatic’s bingo.
