About Mecca Sunderland

Mecca Bingo Sunderland is located in an old cinema in a busy area of Sunderland, and although there is no parking available, the bus and train stations are both within walking distance.

It’s a large club that seats 1,250 and has traditional and electronic Bingo terminals, with daily specials, regular promotions, and plenty of prizes on offer. There is a bar and café serving meals, snacks, and beverages, along with disabled access and facilities, plus hearing loops if required

The team at Mecca Bingo Sunderland prides itself on their friendly and professional service, and likes to celebrate the big events on the social calendar – check out its Facebook page for all the news and views.

The venue was originally the Regal Theatre, which was opened in 1932, and much of its grandeur is still evident in the club despite it becoming a cinema in 1955, and then later converting into a Bingo hall.
