About Gala Kirkby
Gala Bingo Kirkby is located in the main shopping area of the town, near the marketplace, and is close to numerous bus routes, but there is parking for 360 cars in the area too.
The club has plenty of Bingo on offer whether you like the traditional format, or prefer the electronic version – there are also regular promotions, giveaways, and bonuses to keep you on your toes!
The club has cash machines on-site, as well as all the latest fruit machines, and if you need a change of scenery there’s a great range of food and beverages at the bar and diner.
There are hearing loops and disabled facilities available, plus a smoking shelter if required.
Kirkby was developed in the 1950s to house the growing population of Liverpool, but its history dates back to around 870. The name Kirkby is believed to come from Old Norse meaning ‘church’ and ‘settlement’.
Kirkby was also the area used as the fictional setting of Newtown in the popular 1960s BBC TV series, Z Cars.
