That table is one of the main reasons why this site exists. The Vic calls itself the portal for the Victoria, and it’s the only Rank brand we’ve reviewed that really works like one.

Welcome Bonus and Wagering

Pay in £20 as a new player and The Vic adds a £20 bonus, so you’re playing with £40 from the off. Selecting the offer happens in the cashier at the point of depositing, and no code is involved. Fund it with PayPal or Paysafecard and it won’t qualify, though, so use a card, Apple Pay or a bank transfer instead.

Now the arithmetic the banner leaves out. The 10x applies to your deposit and the bonus as one pot, not to the bonus on its own. Forty pounds, ten times over, is £400 of staking before bonus winnings become money you can take out, and on 20p spins that’s roughly two thousand of them.

How fast you get through the £400 depends entirely on where you play it. Slots count in full. Every live game counts at a tenth, game shows included. Cover red and black at the same time, or place any other minimal-risk roulette bet, and it counts for nothing at all towards the total, and it can cost you the bonus outright.

The list of eligible games is a slots list, and largely a Big Bass one. You have 30 days from the moment the bonus lands. The cashier stakes your own cash first and only then reaches for the bonus, and a withdrawal taken mid-wagering wipes whatever bonus you’ve not cleared. The most that bonus can ever become is £2,000, and across the Rank casinos we’ve reviewed that’s the roomiest ceiling of the lot, with Regal Wins stopping at £50 and Lucky VIP at £1,000.

There’s a lot to take in, and it’s not the simplest bonus we’ve seen, but that doesn’t mean it’s terrible.

A Portal to the Grosvenor Victoria

Plenty of online casinos borrow a bit of glamour from somewhere. The Vic borrows from a building it can point at.

The site’s own words call it the portal for the prestigious London casino, Grosvenor Victoria. There’s a Venue tab sitting in the main navigation alongside the game categories, and when we visited on 29 July 2026 a banner across the homepage was inviting players to step into the new look Grosvenor Victoria Casino after its refurbishment.

Set that against its closest relative. Rialto Casino takes its name from Grosvenor’s Coventry Street club, but it carries no venue section and makes no claim on the place whatsoever, as we found writing our Rialto Casino review. Two sites, two borrowed London names, and only one of them actually built as a shop window for somewhere you can walk into.

One thing doesn’t cross over. The Victoria’s card room is among the best known in British poker, but you can’t play poker at thevic.com at all, because Rank keeps its online poker on the Grosvenor site.

Promotions and Offers

The current promotions are dated things and most of them expire before the leaves turn, so treat what follows as the state of play on 29 July 2026 and check the promotions page before opting into anything.

Vic Coins is the one that carries on year-round. Coins accrue on real-money bets only, they appear in your account the day after you play, and 1,000 of them convert into £1 of bonus.

We’re not going to give you a total, because The Vic doesn’t publish one and the “800+ games” figure kicking around older listings isn’t something we can stand behind. What we can tell you is how it’s shelved.

The row that gives the game away is In Venue. Filter by it and you get the slots you’d actually find on the Victoria’s floor, which is a small piece of thinking that none of the other Rank casinos we’ve reviewed have bothered with. The rest of the shelving is standard, with All Games, New, Providers, Classics, Megaways, Drops & Wins and Scratchcards, plus a Studio Spotlight row that had been handed to Playzia when we looked.

Provider-wise you’re across a lot of studios rather than one house label. Pragmatic Play, Greentube for the Novomatic classics like Book of Ra and Lucky Lady’s Charm, Blueprint for the Jackpot King range, Games Global for the big progressives, and Evolution running the live side.

Slots Jackpots

Jackpots split three ways here. The figures below are what the lobby showed when we reviewed the site, and they only move one way until someone lands one.

WowPot and King Millions are the heavyweights, both from Games Global. The WowPot titles showed £2,223,447.75 and King Millions sat at £1,210,768.37. Blueprint’s Jackpot King is the shared pool behind The Goonies, ted, Fishin’ Frenzy Megaways, Deluxe Fire Wheel and Fortune Wheel, and it stood at £389,623.94, which is the same number Eye of Horus Jackpot King was advertising over in the slots lobby. Mega Jackpots is the modest one at £22,916.19, covering Fluffy Favourites Mega Jackpot, Majestic Buffalo, Jungle Tower, Fortune Coin and Elephant King.

The Live Floor, and the London Wheel

The Vic – London Roulette is the one to open first, and it’s the best thing on the site. The feed comes from the Victoria’s own floor rather than a studio dressed up to look like one, and stakes stretch from 10p to £10,000, so a curious tenner and a serious session both fit at the same table.

Around it, the rest of the floor is strong without being unusual. Grosvenor Roulette matches that 10p to £10,000 band, Lightning Roulette runs 20p to £2,000, XXXtreme Lightning Roulette opens at £1 and tops out at £5,000, and Blackjack Gold takes £10 to £2,500 a hand and pays the proper 3:2 on a natural.

Game shows have their own corner. Monopoly Live runs 10p to £1,000 with Monopoly Big Baller alongside it, Lightning Storm goes to £2,500, Crazy Time to £500, and Funky Time and Crazy Pachinko both stop at £250.

You’ll also spot a Live Casino Poker category, which is table poker played against the house rather than a card room. Nobody is dealing you into the Victoria’s tournaments through a browser.

Keep the wagering terms in mind while you’re down here. Every table on this floor contributes 10% towards a welcome bonus, so if you’re working through that £400, the live floor is the slow lane.

Roulette from 10p, and a Marble Race

Not everything needs a dealer. The instant tables open with 10p Roulette, which takes anything from 10p to £5,000 and is about the gentlest introduction to a wheel the site offers, with European Roulette Platinum next to it.

Blackjack players get Lightning Blackjack First Person at £1 to £1,000 and a Single Deck game for anyone who prefers the better odds of one pack. The First Person range fills in Dream Catcher, Bac Bo and Baccarat, and Red Door Roulette and Fireball Roulette both run 20p to £2,000.

The outlier is EZ Marble Race Monaco, which has you betting on marbles rolling down a track for anything between 10p and £5,000. It’s daft, and we mean that kindly.

Registration and Logging In

One account per brand is the rule here, and Rank enforces it. You’re free to hold a Vic account and separate ones at Mecca Bingo or Grosvenor, but a second account at The Vic isn’t allowed and duplicates get closed.

Get one detail right while you’re registering. The name on your account has to match the name on the card, wallet or bank account you pay with, because Rank checks it and a mismatch will stop a withdrawal rather than a deposit. That’s the worse of the two moments to find out.

After that, The Vic login takes the same email and password you set up with, and the same pair signs you into the Android app.

Depositing and Getting Paid

Deposits clear instantly from £10, and the same £10 floor applies to every withdrawal method, which saves the usual hunt through the small print for a different minimum on each one.

Where The Vic parts company with its sister sites is the card queue. Fast Withdrawals covers all the major banks and PayPal, and most requests are processed instantly and paid inside a quarter of an hour. Visa and Mastercard aren’t enabled for it, so a card payout takes anything from one working day up to three. Nothing is deducted either way, and the site terms say so in as many words, “We never charge fees on withdrawals”.

Payouts follow Rank’s net-deposit rule, so your money returns to whichever method holds your highest net deposits. Paysafecard is the odd one out, taking deposits in but never paying anything back. There are no credit cards and no Amex, including through Apple Pay, and neither Skrill nor Neteller is offered. The cashier handles pounds and euros, the instant bank transfer runs on Trustly, and your statement will read “THEVIC” rather than anything mentioning Grosvenor.

The Vic Casino No Deposit Bonus?

There isn’t one. Every offer on thevic.com wants money in first, and the welcome wants more than most, £20 rather than the £10 that opens an account.

The closest thing to free play is Pick a Vault, and that isn’t a sign-up perk. It goes to selected existing customers, hands out one free pick a day, and the prize expires within 24 hours. So anything promising you Vic free spins simply for registering is describing a site that doesn’t exist.

Mobile App

There’s one app, free on Google Play, and even its name on the store listing keeps the venue attached, The Vic Grosvenor Casinos. It has passed 1,000 downloads and was last updated on 26 August 2025.

The rating is 3.0 out of 5, which reads badly until you notice where it comes from. Twelve people. A dozen ratings tells you nothing reliable in either direction, so we wouldn’t let it put you off or reassure you.

Apple owners have nothing to install. We checked the App Store on 29 July 2026 and found nothing at all for iPhone or iPad, so it’s Safari or Chrome for those players, where the slots and the live tables run perfectly well without a download.

Who Runs The Vic Casino?

The licence behind the site belongs to Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited, registered in Gibraltar as company 120385, and its British trading permission is UK Gambling Commission account 57924. Play from outside the UK falls under Gibraltar’s RGL 133 and RGL 134 instead. Above all of that sits The Rank Group Plc, a London-listed business that has been in gambling for decades.

Fund protection is rated medium, and that word does specific work. Your balance is held in a separate designated account, kept apart from the money Rank runs the business with, but there’s no trust arrangement over it and no promise the cash would find its way back to you if the company went under. Medium is the middle of the Commission’s three ratings and it’s what most large UK operators carry, so it isn’t a black mark. It just isn’t a guarantee.

Twelve months without a login and the account gets marked dormant, with 30 days’ notice beforehand and nothing taken off the balance. Complaints that support can’t resolve can be taken on to IBAS, Rank’s named dispute route for GB players.
