About Gala Chatham
Gala Bingo Chatham is located just off the High Street of the Medway town. Previously, the bingo hall was operated in an old cinema called “The Ritz”, which was burnt down due to a fire. It was later rebuilt in 1998 in the same place as a purpose built bingo hall.
The old cinema was one of the largest cinemas in the country, which had a massive 2300 seats and was built way back in 1937 in a beautiful Art Deco style. Prior to being owned by Gala, the old cinema had several previous bingo hall owners, including EMI, Star and Coral.
The modernised club is located on the edge of Chatham High Street and features its own bar, diner, slot machines and of course, fabulous bingo games. There are limited parking facilities with space for 19 cars.
