First Impressions

Elf Bingo is a well-designed website, featuring a magical forest as a background and handcrafted graphics that look simply superb.

Look closely at that forest, and there’s a front door. Bottom left of the scene, a hollowed-out tree stump has been turned into a little house, with an arched wooden door, a round window and blue toadstools growing over the roof, while tiny lights glow in the grass. Nobody is at home, though. The only elf on the page is the word itself, in chunky gold letters above a parchment scroll that reads BINGO.

Creating an account was very speedy, thanks to their PayPal quick registration feature. It took us just a couple of seconds to get started and have a look around the lobby. First impressions of the lobby were good, you can tell the team behind the 15 Network has taken great care in creating their gaming experience.

Spinning the Mega Wheel

Launched in December 2013, Elf Bingo is an established brand on the 15 Network. They provide all new players with the opportunity to win up to 500 free spins on Fluffy Favourites once you make your first deposit. The prize Mega Wheel is divided into segments and whatever segment you land on will be given to you in the form of an added bonus.

Other sites on the 15 Network include Dove Bingo and Lights Camera Bingo. The network itself has grown quite substantially over the last few years and features plenty of large jackpot games, plus a bustling and dedicated following.

The offer card sets the qualifying deposit at £10, and no code is involved. Each ten spins can win at most £8, so even the top segment is a capped prize rather than an open-ended one.

Bonus Wagering

The welcome offer comes with 10x wagering requirements. You should also take note of the maximum bonus transfer to your real money (withdrawable balance) which is equal to your lifetime deposits of up to £250.

Two smaller rules are handy to know. Jumpman can change the wagering on future bonuses, but the terms promise that a bonus you’ve already claimed keeps the rules it came with. And an inbox offer belongs to the username printed in the message, so if two people in a household play on one tablet, the second account can’t pick it up.

What Else Is on the Offers Tab

Drops & Wins moves in stages, and when we checked on 24 September 2026 stage eight was open for opt-ins until 14 October, so expect this tab to look different by the next stage. The old Wednesday Happy Hours has gone from it altogether.

  • Spin the Mega Wheel: Make your first £10 deposit and you will receive a free spin on the Mega Wheel. Its largest segment pays 500 spins.
  • PRO Free Spins: A £20 deposit is the entry point for a chance at 50-plus free spins, under the same 10x and lifetime-deposits cap as the welcome.
  • Turbo Wheel: Pitched at much bigger top-ups, since nothing under a £100 top-up sets it turning. Its prizes top out at 500 spins, with 50 at the bottom.
  • Daily Wheel: One free go a day, available for 24 hours, with free spins among the prizes.
  • Play Bingo Today: The network-wide bingo promotion, sharing £500,000 a month across the rooms.

The Bingo, and a Lot of Slots

When we logged in on a Monday afternoon, there were only 4 games running, with tickets between 10p and £1. This was slightly disappointing because personally, we love playing at bustling bingo sites where lots of things are going on. With that said, we recently logged in on a Friday evening and the games were very busy, so it really depends on what time you decide to play, as to what kind of gaming experience you get.

Elf’s own rules page explains how a shared win is carved up. The prize is split by winning tickets, not by players, so if one player completes a line on two tickets in the same call as a rival does on one, a £15 line prize pays £10 and £5. Bonus money can’t buy tickets at all, which means the welcome spins never touch the bingo side.

When it comes to slot games, on first impressions it didn’t seem like there were many games. However, you need to click the ‘All Games’ button in the lobby. Once you do that, you will find a selection of not only good but popular slot games. So if you enjoy slots, you will most likely love what you see at elfbingo.com. Games included are Fluffy Favourites, Irish Luck, Sugar Train, Piggy Payout and literally hundreds of other games.

If you are a fan of casino games and instant win games, you will also find a decent selection of those as well.

The Only Elf in the Lobby

With a name like this you might expect a festive theme. The game list the site loads runs to 4,986 titles, and exactly one has an elf in its name, Slingo Elf Blitz.

Christmas, on the other hand, never really leaves. Titles with Christmas, Xmas or Santa in the name numbered 97 in late September, from Sugar Train Xmas and Big Bass Christmas Bash to Slingo Santa King. If a festive slot in the middle of autumn is your idea of fun, the search box will oblige.

Joining and Logging In

The fastest way to create your account at Elf Bingo is via the PayPal Quick Registration feature. This asks you to choose your initial deposit amount and then sign in with your PayPal details. The website will then create your account and add your requested funds all in under a minute. If you prefer to use a debit card, Paysafecard or Pay By Mobile you can instead fill in the traditional registration form. This should take well under 5 minutes and allows you to choose your own username and password that you can use on all future visits.

Leaving is slower than joining, by design. An emailed closure request only takes effect 72 hours after support confirms it, and signing back in during that window cancels it. There’s no Elf Bingo app in Apple’s App Store, so phone players use the browser version.

Deposit Options

The following payment methods are allowed at elfbingo.com:

  • PayPal
  • Visa Debit
  • Neteller
  • Mastercard Debit
  • Pay By Mobile
  • Skrill
  • Paysafecard

The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is £10 in one transaction. This page used to say a £2.50 fee came off every withdrawal, so that £50 would arrive as £47.50. That was wrong. The £2.50 belongs to Pay by Mobile deposits, and a £50 cashout lands as £50.

Each request waits out a 72-hour pending window first, and the FAQ then allows 1 to 3 working days before the money shows up. Maestro still appears in the banking terms, but the brand has been retired, so we’ve left it off the list.

Licensing and Regulation

Elf Bingo is both fully regulated and licensed in Great Britain by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC). The site operates under licence number 39175, which is granted to Jumpman Gaming Limited. Players based abroad come under Alderney’s regulator instead.

At the bottom of every page, you will find links to responsible gambling organisations such as GamCare and GamStop. They also have their own dedicated Jumpman Cares website where you will find plenty of information about responsible and safe online gaming, including how you can use and benefit from their numerous tools to help control your gambling and time spent on the site.

One detail in the FAQ is easy to miss. If Jumpman itself caps your deposits under its player-protection checks, that cap follows you across the whole network. Getting it raised means writing to keepitfun@jumpmangaming.com and attaching a recent payslip, a bank statement and the limit you’d like.

Help comes via support@jumpmangaming.com by email, which normally replies within two working days, or through chat, which is staffed from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Phone support isn’t offered.

Elf Slots and Other Sister Sites

Search for Elf Bingo and Elf Slots often turns up alongside it. They’re two separate websites, both licensed to Jumpman under 39175, and elfslots.com has its own welcome, a Mega Reel with up to 500 spins on Starburst rather than a Mega Wheel on Fluffy Favourites. Behind the two skins, the game list each site loaded for us was the same 4,986 titles.

Jumpman runs Elf Bingo alongside these, on the same 39175 licence:

Earlier versions of this review pointed you to Showreel Bingo and Viking Bingo as well. Both now open on a “The Site is now closed!” page, so they’ve come off.

Review Summary

The forest is the nicest thing here, and it’s a pity the theme ends where the artwork does. Behind it sits a standard Jumpman site with a slot-shaped welcome on a bingo-branded name.

We’ve knocked the score down to 2.8 from 3.0. Part of that is how quiet the bingo rooms can be outside peak hours, and part is the conversion rule, which will hold back a small depositor, however lucky the wheel is. The rest, from the rules to the payments, is fair and clearly written.
