Which Free Spins Bingo Is This?

A brand named after a search phrase has an odd problem. Most people typing “free spins bingo” into Google want any site giving spins away, and Google treats the phrase that way. A search of the UK results showed a first page of other operators’ promotions pages, and the brand’s own homepage didn’t appear on it at all.

This page is about one site, the Jumpman brand at freespinsbingo.co.uk. If you were after spins from anywhere, our no deposit bingo page and our list of free spins with no deposit are the better starting points, because Free Spins Bingo itself has no no-deposit offer.

Mind the web address too. The brand is on .co.uk, and freespinsbingo.com wouldn’t load from either of the two connections we tried. You may still see a support@freespinsbingo.com address quoted around the web, but the site’s help pages now route everything through Jumpman’s central support address instead.

The Welcome Offer

New players that sign up at Free Spins Bingo and go on to fund their account with £10 or more will be presented with a free spin on the Mega Wheel. The biggest prize on the wheel is 500 free spins on Sweet Bonanza, but you could also win a smaller number of free spins for the same game or an Amazon voucher.

No code is needed for this one. If the wheel does land on a voucher, check the email address on your account before you spin, because the bonus policy says vouchers are emailed within seven days and won’t be resent for any reason.

Wagering and the £250 Ceiling

Be sure to read the T&Cs before you claim this welcome bonus, as wagering requirements and withdrawal restrictions apply. The most important are the 10x wagering requirement and a maximum bonus conversion equal to your lifetime deposits, up to £250.

Use the bonus policy’s arithmetic, not the help centre’s. The FAQ answer on wagering gives an example with a “% match” bonus that this welcome doesn’t include and folds a £10 deposit into a £210 target. The policy on the welcome page is simpler. Win £10 of bonus while £100 of an older target is still outstanding, and the new total is £200. Real-money bets don’t chip away at it.

First Impressions

The design at Free Spins Bingo is simple but effective, though it has moved on since our first visit. The summery beach look has gone from the homepage, replaced by a comic-book style with the logo in a white “pow” burst and a pink and cyan hero panel where a giant 500 sells the welcome spins. A poolside banner of a girl in heart-shaped sunglasses still tops the bingo page, so a little of the old holiday theme survives.

The featured row under the hero is a mixed bag of Starburst, Big Bass Splash, Fluffy Favourites, a roulette table and Big Bad Towers. Sweet Bonanza, the game the welcome spins are for, wasn’t in it when we looked.

The rest of the site is easy to navigate, with simple tabs that house the different gaming options on offer, plus dedicated pages for exciting promotions.

Promotions Running Now

Free Spins Bingo’s promotions page held eleven tiles in late September. Two of the ones below are weekly and one runs on a Wednesday afternoon, so check the day before you plan around them.

  • PRO Free Spins – Fund your account with £20 or more using the code PRO and the Mega Wheel you get is worth between 50 and 500 free spins. This offer is valid once a week, with the week resetting every Monday. Whatever the wheel pays comes as spins on one slot the site picks for you, so don’t count on the famous titles pictured on the tile.
  • Happy Hours – Wednesday afternoons, 3pm to 7pm, anyone who has deposited since Monday gets a reel spin on login worth ten or more spins on Hot to Burn. The winnings land as bonus cash, and Hot to Burn isn’t on the list of games bonus money can be played on, so you’ll carry on with something else. Lights Camera Bingo, Pirate Slots and Rainbow Spins had no Happy Hours tile on the day we checked.
  • Play Bingo Today – The network’s bingo rooms share £500,000 in prizes each month, played for with ordinary tickets.

September’s Cash Giveaway, the Daily Wheel, Turbo Wheel, Fluffy Fridays and Drops & Wins fill out the rest of the page. What’s missing is the weekly cashback tile Lights Camera Bingo and Pirate Slots show.

Bingo and Slots Games

The lobby carries 5 types of bingo, 90 and 75-ball as you’d expect plus 36, 50 and 60-ball variations, across more than 10 rooms, with the Big Games and Super Sessions offering the largest fixed prizes.

Bingo tickets have to be bought with real money here, unless you have any free tickets, which around half the rooms accept. The T&Cs keep bonus funds out of the bingo rooms, which is the quiet irony of a bingo-branded site whose welcome is all slot spins. The lobby itself sits behind the login, and the homepage talks of bingo prizes up to £1,000,000 without saying which room carries them.

The slots area is the biggest at the site and with more than 1,000 different titles to choose from there will be something for all tastes. All of the top software developers like Eyecon, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Microgaming have contributed to the slot section and new titles are added frequently, so there is usually something new to play. As a bonus, many of the slots have bonus features that offer free spins or multipliers.

Last but not least are the table games. Choose from various versions of roulette and blackjack, or put your skills and luck to the test against one of the dealers – the choice is yours.

Playing on Mobile

If you like playing casino and bingo games on your phone then you can do so at Free Spins Bingo without the need for an app. All you need to do is visit the site via your browser and log in using your existing username and password.

Of course, if you are a new player, you can sign up from your mobile or tablet and claim up to 500 free spins too!

The name trips people up here as well. Search the UK App Store for “free spins bingo” and the results are other companies’ apps, Gala, Costa and Double Bubble among them. None of them is this site, which has no store listing of its own.

Signup and Login

The signup process at Free Spins Bingo will only take a couple of minutes of your time. If you opt for the PayPal Quick Registration feature you can be logged in and ready to play in just a couple of clicks. This method will automatically create your account and add your chosen first deposit funds all through your PayPal account.

If you prefer to use a different payment method, you can still sign up the usual way by filling in the short registration form. This asks for essential information such as your name, date of birth and address before allowing you to choose a username and password.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Paysafecard
  • Pay By Mobile (adds £2.50 per deposit)
  • Visa debit
  • PayPal
  • Mastercard debit
  • Neteller
  • Skrill

The minimum that you can deposit in a single transaction is £10, while £20 is the least you can withdraw. You can register up to 3 cards at a time.

Jumpman’s help centre says the payments team checks each withdrawal within 24 hours, with PayPal instant after that and cards somewhere between the same day and 3 working days (the terms allow up to five). Get your documents right first time. If they’re rejected, the terms return the money to your balance inside two days and you start again once new ones are in.

Licence and Safety

Free Spins Bingo is owned and operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited. Jumpman Gaming is of course fully licensed and regulated by the Gambling Commission in Great Britain under account number 39175. Outside of England, Scotland and Wales the site is regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission.

Other trust factors include free access to tools that allow you to control the amount of money you use to gamble on this site along with partnerships with support organisations including GamCare and GamStop.

Without a number to ring, the quick route is live chat, which takes questions from 6am till 9pm, Saturday and Sunday included. Outside those hours, it’s support@jumpmangaming.com, with a wait of up to two business days, and the FAQ warns that sending a second email only slows things down.

If something goes wrong, the help page says to complain within three months, while the terms give you six. Go by the terms, and write to complaints@jumpmangaming.com sooner rather than later.

Other Jumpman Sites

These similar websites run on the same Jumpman software:

Free Spins Bingo isn’t the only brand on the licence that’s named like a search. The Commission’s register also lists freespinsnodeposit.casino, nodepositslots.com, welcomeslots.com and megareelspins.com as Jumpman White Label domains, and all four were trading at the time of writing. A full list of sister sites can be found here.

Review Summary

Free Spins Bingo lives up to its name more literally than most Jumpman sites. Between the weekly PRO wheel and the Wednesday Happy Hours, a regular depositor gets plenty of chances at spins.

The spins are still slot spins, though, and the bingo half of the name gets nothing from the bonuses. Whatever the wheel pays, no more than £250 of bonus ever turns into cash, and less if you haven’t deposited that much, and there’s no weekly cashback to soften a quiet week.

For a slots player who tops up £20 now and then, it’s a pleasant enough home. For bingo, nothing here beats the rooms you’d find on its sisters, so we’re keeping it at 3.0/5.
