The Cashpot plays at midday Tuesday- Saturday and at 1 pm on Sunday, costing £1 for 6.
The “Big Book” is available in the afternoons which includes your Early, Main, Link and Jackpot which is charged at £10 for 6. Optional extras are also available for the Fun Flyer and Winner’s Line which both cost £1 for 6.
The evening prices vary depending on the day. Tuesday and Thursday are cheapest, costing £1.75 and £1.50 respectively for both the Main and the Link. On Monday and Wednesday, you can expect to pay £5 for 6. The weekend games are the most expensive but are for the Big Book which includes the Early, Fun game, Main, Jackpot Link and The Big One. This costs £20 for 6 on Friday and Saturday and £22 for 6 on Sunday.

There is a good-sized car park on Pike Lane which is less than a minute away and is free to use. If you don’t drive you can catch a bus to the Interchange at Minstergate or Grove Lane by Tesco Express. You will then be left with a 10-minute walk through the town centre to the bingo hall. Membership is free and you can just turn up and register on your first visit. Just remember to bring a photo ID to prove you are over 18.
Although the club looks small from the outside, you will be pleasantly surprised to find 450 seats inside along with a buffet and a bar! Talking of food, you can enjoy a fantastic roast for just £1 on Sunday which is strongly recommended. If you are interested in getting something to eat, just place your order and it will be brought over to your table when it is ready.
Bingo is obviously the main focus here and the games are great value for money, especially the £1.50 – £1.75 Main and Link that is available on Tuesday and Thursday. However, if you do fancy a change of pace you can try your luck on the slots and see if you can scoop an instant jackpot.
