About Clifton York

Clifton Bingo York is an independently owned hall which is located in the Bootham area, around 1-mile north-west of the city centre. Despite its central location, the venue has two car parks that are perfect for those who are driving in. You can access these via Burton Stone Lane. Public transport is also a good option with the club being on such a major route into and out of the city. The 2A Park & Ride, 19, 29, 30, 30X and 31X all stop just outside the main door. Clifton Methodist Church is the stop you want to aim for.

The club itself is much smaller than Mecca Bingo in the city centre, however, they still have an excellent average review score of 4.5/5 on Google and an intimate atmosphere that cannot be replicated in the larger venues. Bingo is played 7 days a week, with afternoon sessions taking place on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and evening games taking place every night. The packages are already good value when you consider how many tickets you get, however, you can often save money or even pick up free sessions by taking advantage of the vouchers that they frequently post on their Facebook and Twitter pages!

If you fancy a change of pace you can try your luck on the slots and play for some impressive £100 jackpots. You can also enjoy a freshly cooked meal from the cafe or catch up with friends both new and old over a drink from the fully licensed bar.
