Behind the candyfloss branding sits a standard Broadway bingo site with a £30 welcome bonus and the network’s usual rooms. Not to be negative, it just definitely raises some eyebrows!

Read the homepage closely, and you can carbon-date it. “This new bingo online site” was written back when Sugar really was new, and nobody has touched it since. One heading asks “What Were About?”, missing its apostrophe in full view of every visitor. A VeriSign badge sits in the footer, a security brand that was retired years ago. The copy invites you to “Download the app today!” while a No Download Required stamp sits a few inches below it.

To be fair to Sugar, the shopfront works. There’s a proper menu, separate bingo and slots pages, and written content you can read before registering, which several of its sisters refuse to show a logged-out visitor. It’s a real website. It’s just a real website from 2014.

Let’s be honest: in 2026, this site needs an update, some new promotions, and some real investment.

It’s bingo money only, so it buys tickets rather than spins, and it lands in your bonus balance to be used once your cash runs out. That’s a different shape from the £20 bingo plus £10 slots split our old review described, and the “3 days of free bingo” no-deposit taster has gone the way of most Dragonfish freebies. Free rooms do still exist at Sugar. The site sets aside four of them, and once you’ve deposited you can play the funded ones on the shared schedule. Just don’t join expecting free tickets before your first tenner goes in.

4x Bingo Bonus Wagering

The wagering asks for four times the bonus in ticket purchases. A full £30 bonus therefore wants £120 staked on bingo before anything converts.

The clock matters more than the multiplier. Bonuses expire five days after they’re credited, five days without logging in forfeits whatever’s left, and cashing out your real balance wipes any unfinished bonus with it. Standard terms on this licence, but tight ones, so claim the offer in a week when you’ll actually play.

The Bingo Rooms and Slot Games

Bingo comes in the 90-ball and 75-ball varieties, played to the timetable the whole network shares, and the homepage namechecks its 75 Ball Room and a room called Gimme More. Pre-buy is the feature Sugar’s own copy leans on, with “over 14” rooms letting you buy tickets for games you won’t be online for. That oddly precise number is the operator’s, not ours.

The slots wall gets sold with “Ready for a Sugar High? Try out our Sweet collection of Slots!”, which is a bold way to describe a shelf that opens on fishing slots and buffalo. The welcome text promises “over 300 slot and casino games” while our screenshot of the logged-in lobby shows more than 500, so the copy now undersells the one thing that’s actually grown. The titles themselves are the network’s: what you’d find at any sister site, sugar-coated here in name only.

The signup form asks for your name, date of birth, address, email and phone number, plus an occupation field, which is a question most rival forms skip. The copyright line’s “2010” refers to the group’s history rather than this brand, which arrived four years later.

Day-to-day help comes through live chat plus a public help centre hosted on Zendesk, where the support articles live. No phone line is published, so chat is the quick route when something goes wrong. On the support and regulation front, everything is above board.

Sugar doesn’t hide its family; its own website carries pages promoting sister brands, with Robin Hood Bingo among the siblings pitched to Sugar’s visitors.

The family in question is the Broadway stable on licence 58267, where Sugar shares its schedule, cashier and games with the likes of Robin Hood Bingo, Ted Bingo, Moon Bingo and Loony Bingo.

Searches for Sugar Bingo casino sister sites come up now and again, and the honest answer is that this family is bingo-led. Each site has slots and a handful of casino games, but no standalone casino brand trades on this licence. The closest thing to that on the network would be Wink Slots.
