Zoe’s Bingo Review

Updated September 25, 2026 8 min read UKGC licensed

Finding a bingo site that offers all the best games and promotions isn’t very difficult, but finding one with a bit of personality can be. That’s where Zoe’s Bingo comes in! This bingo site has a friendly feel from the get-go.

Zoe greets you from the homepage as an illustrated host, with red hair and dark-rimmed glasses, and the welcome page is written in her voice. Look a little closer, and the costume slips in a few places, which is a big part of why our score has come down.

First Impressions

When we first visited Zoe’s Bingo, we were really impressed by the site’s personal appeal, and the 2024 makeover has preserved it. The design has a feminine touch, with a pink, sparkly logo and flowers dotted around the site.

When we played, the header faded from mint green to lilac, with a drawing of Zoe peering out from behind a hedge of leaves and daisies while balls 9, 46, and 28 drift past her. There’s an As Seen on TV sticker by her shoulder, though nothing on the site says which programme or advert it means.

Although it is powered by Dragonfish, who are responsible for many other sites on the same network, the team here has done a good job of making this site feel totally unique.

So Who Is Zoe?

A character, rather than a person you can write to. You may see an email address for contacting Zoe directly quoted elsewhere, but it no longer works. The Contact page now lists the same help@bingosupport.org desk and freephone number used across the network.

She does a lot of talking, though. The welcome page opens with “Hiya! It’s great to meet you!” and says she’s made the welcome promotions “just for you”. The Bingo page calls you “hun”, and the About page calls the regulars roomies and admits the whole team is “a bit bingo bonkers”. It’s cheerful, and it reads like somebody enjoyed writing it.

The seams show on the FAQ page. Three of its answers still name Prize Land Bingo, a sister brand, telling you to add Prize Land to your safe senders list and claiming the games are tested by Prize Land. It looks like the page was copied across and the name never changed. The Gambling Commission’s domain list for account 58267 files zoesbingo.com under White Label, the same heading as prizelandbingo.com and dazzlebingo.com, rather than among the operator’s Active sites.

Bingo and Slots Games

At Zoe’s Bingo, you’ll find tons of games to enjoy. This includes a good selection of 90-ball and 75-ball bingo rooms with a range of ticket prices.

The Most Played row shows nine rooms. Top of the Shop, Flip it, and three of the promotion rooms carry 90-ball badges, while Easy Peasy, Bounce’T and On the House play the 75-ball side. In the rooms whose terms we could read, tickets run from 1p to 10p, and nothing we found costs more.

Mystery Jackpots is the evening regular, with 10p tickets from 6pm to 11pm and a full house worth between £10 and £500. Its terms say it’s shared across the whole Dragonfish network, so you’ll be sharing the room with players from other sites.

Slots are harder to judge from outside. The homepage promises “bingo and slots fun” but doesn’t show a single title, and the slots lobby sits behind the login.

Welcome Offer

Put £10 in with the code FIRST25 and Zoe adds a £25 bingo bonus. It’s a fixed sum, and the terms spell out that a first deposit of £50 still earns £25, so a tenner is all it takes to claim it in full. The bonus needs to be wagered 4x, which means it has to buy £100 worth of bingo before any winnings can be cashed out.

The bonus is for bingo alone, and your own money gets spent first. Go five days without logging in and the bonus goes, along with any winnings from it that haven’t converted yet. Making a withdrawal also cancels any bonus still unplayed, though your own cash is free to leave whenever you like.

The page calls this a “welcome bundle”, but it’s one bonus. The old £30 hasn’t quite disappeared either. Zoe’s own homepage title still reads “Get £30 Bonus When You Make A 1st Deposit Of £10”, but that offer can no longer be claimed. It’s a leftover from an older welcome that also included 30 free spins, second and third deposit codes and a SLOTS games bonus, all of which have gone.

Next door, Prize Land pays a fixed £20 plus a wheel spin, so Zoe’s gives you £5 more bonus, though it also asks for £20 more wagering.

Bonuses and Promotions

Zoe’s keeps a fuller calendar than most of the stripped-back sites on this licence, and most of it is built around cheap tickets rather than deposit bonuses. The Promotions tab showed these when we looked, with the Mocktail Party the oldest, its listing dating from February 2020.

  • Zoe’s Wheel – Deposit and wager £10 in a week and you unlock seven days of wheel spins from the following Monday. Each win is between 5 and 96 bingo tickets, the tickets last five days, and the winnings land as bingo bonus at 4x. Funded players only.
  • Mocktail Party – A fixed £200 room on the 26th, every month, starting at 8pm, 90-ball, sold as invite-only with entry by free tickets from the month’s promotions. Yet one line of its own terms makes entry conditional on buying a ticket. The wheel is the only promotion on the page that pays out tickets, and the terms don’t say whether those reach the party.
  • Pennies Make Pounds – Every day from noon until 3pm, with tickets at 1p or 2p, £5 to £20 prize pools and a free game on the hour. Winnings are paid as cash. Our penny bingo guide covers the other sites with rooms like it.
  • The Big Night In – 8pm to midnight, 1p to 10p tickets, full houses of £5 to £25. The two-line prize range (£3.50 to £17.50) sits well above the one-line range (£1.50 to £7.50), and it’s all paid straight to cash, wagering-free.

Every other offer listed on older reviews has gone, including the Monday HOUR reload, Fab 50, the Big £10,000 on the 10th, the £1K Magical Mondays room and the six free rooms. The Big Night In, Mystery Jackpots and Pennies Make Pounds are for funded players only, and so is the wheel.

Mobile App

Despite claims of an iPhone app, neither the UK App Store nor Google Play returned a Zoe’s Bingo listing when we searched, and no store badge appears anywhere on the site. You can load up the site via your mobile browser instead, and the welcome page’s “Bingo on the go” promise refers to exactly that.

Signup and Login

Both buttons open the same Dragonfish client that runs the lobby, so the Zoe’s Bingo login and the registration form live at zoesbingo.com/client rather than on the brochure pages you browse first.

Logging in matters for more than playing. The live chat only opens inside your account, and so does the help room, where agents are on standby from 10am to 2am.

If you had an account before 9 June 2020, the FAQ page is aimed squarely at you. It opens by saying its answers apply to players who registered with Broadway Gaming UK Ltd before that date, which suggests older accounts started life with a different Broadway company.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Four payment methods cover this network.

  • PayPal
  • Visa Debit
  • Apple Pay
  • Mastercard Debit

The minimum deposit and withdrawal are both £10, and PayPal charges 10p per transaction. Zoe’s FAQ says that deposits and payouts appear on your statement as Broadway Gaming UK Ltd, so Zoe’s name won’t appear in your bank transactions.

Bingo withdrawals are paid according to how you funded the account, and the network’s policy says a card or Apple Pay payout takes four to seven working days to arrive, and PayPal four to five. Any balance larger than everything you’ve paid in is returned by bank transfer, which takes longer.

Licensing and Support

The small print at the foot of every Zoe’s page states that the games come from Broadway Gaming Ireland DF Limited, whose office is in Dublin, and it links directly to the Commission’s public register entry for account 58267. GamCare, GamStop and GambleAware links sit in the same footer, with the deposit limit tools a click from your account.

The phone line is the pleasant surprise. There’s a freephone number, 0800 901 2510 from the UK and +44 800 901 2510 from abroad. Emails should be sent to help@bingosupport.org, where the site promises a reply within 72 hours, but live chat is the quicker route once you’ve signed in.

Sister Sites

Zoe’s is one of many Broadway front ends. A few of the others:

Prize Land and Safari are the nearest relatives. They run the Big Night In, Mocktail Party and Pennies Make Pounds rooms to the same timetable, so what changes between them is mostly the character on the front. The wider 58267 family has its own page, listing every Broadway Gaming site we cover.

2.8

Review Summary

Zoe’s Bingo has more character than most Dragonfish sites, with an illustrated host, chatty copy and a promotions calendar built around penny tickets and a monthly party room. The FIRST25 welcome is a fair £25 for a tenner.

Underneath, it’s a shared template. The FAQ still names Prize Land, the homepage title sells a £30 offer that no longer exists, there’s no app, and the slots stay hidden until you register. Pleasant enough for cheap evening tickets, and not much beyond that, which is why Zoe’s drops to 2.8 out of 5.
