The Day Cheeky Bingo Shut

Cheeky Bingo shut its doors on 29 November 2023. It wasn’t a quiet fade. The operator put up a goodbye page, stopped new sign-ups a week early, and moved its players across to Foxy Bingo. Years on, the old address still forwards there. So if you’re searching for the login, a bonus or a way back in, this is what happened and what’s left to do.

When Did It Close?

The dates come straight from the operator. Its closure FAQ, captured in the web archive on 30 November 2023, set out a staged shutdown. Registration ended at 9am on 22 November. Deposits, bonuses and free spins stayed usable until one minute to midnight on 27 November. The site itself closed two days later, on the 29th, and by the start of December, the homepage had become a single farewell notice beginning with “It’s time to say goodbye…” and promising that existing customers would “have access to our exciting sister site Foxy Bingo”.

Search interest tells the same story from the outside. Estimated visits to cheekybingo.com fell from around 19,000 a month in November 2023 to about 4,600 in December and under 200 by February 2024. For a site that size, that’s a switch being thrown, not a slow decline.

The paperwork has caught up too. When we checked the Gambling Commission’s public register on 24 September 2026, cheekybingo.com and the Cheeky Bingo trading name both sat in the inactive column of LC International Limited’s licence, account 54743, the same licence that lists foxybingo.com as active. More on that company is on our LC International page.

Login and Your Old Balance

There’s no Cheeky Bingo login any more. Type the address in from the UK, and you land on Foxy Bingo’s homepage instead.

What happened to your account depended on one thing: whether you already played at Foxy. If you didn’t, the operator said it would carry your Cheeky account across automatically, balance and login details included, though your username could change if someone at Foxy already had it. If you did hold a Foxy account, nothing was merged. You were told to withdraw whatever was left in Cheeky yourself, because those funds would not follow you over. Either way, Cheeky withdrawals and your banking and gaming history were only available for three months after the closure, which means that window shut in early 2024.

Two groups were handled differently. Anyone self-excluded on Cheeky alone didn’t get a Foxy account created for them at all, and a time-out set on Cheeky was copied across to the new Foxy account for players who had only ever used Cheeky.

If you think money was left behind, the place to ask is Foxy Bingo’s customer service. Foxy’s own help pages give support@foxybingo.com as the address for balance and withdrawal requests. Keep your old Cheeky login email handy, since that’s the inbox the operator said it used to contact players about the switch.

Those Free Spins and No Deposit Offers

Hundreds of searches a month still go looking for a Cheeky Bingo no deposit bonus, a welcome offer or a batch of 200 free spins, and a fair few pages out there will still advertise one. They can’t deliver it. The operator’s own FAQ put the cut-off for using any Cheeky bonus or free spins at 27 November 2023, and there has been no site to claim anything on since. Whatever the last welcome deal was, and whichever bonus code a page is still printing, it expired with the brand.

If free play was the point all along, the no deposit bingo sites we track have live offers.

Cheeky Bingo or Cheeky Casino?

Don’t mix the two up. Cheeky Casino is a separate site that’s still trading, and it shares a word with the old bingo brand, not an owner. Its footer, checked on 24 September 2026, puts it under Gambling Commission account 39175, which is Jumpman Gaming’s licence, not the one Cheeky Bingo used. Logging in there won’t turn up an old Cheeky Bingo balance. If it’s Cheeky Casino you actually want, it trades alongside dozens of lookalike brands, which our Jumpman Gaming guide rounds up.

The Site Before the Switch-Off

Cheeky Bingo had been around a long while. The web archive holds working captures of the homepage going back to early 2009, and at its busiest it was a proper mid-sized site, with Ahrefs estimating north of 50,000 monthly search visits in the autumn of 2022.

By the end it was run from Gibraltar by ElectraWorks Limited, and the menu was a compact one. Bingo came in 90-ball and 75-ball flavours, dressed up with chat games and progressive jackpots, a Slingo tab, and a casino side split into slots, jackpot slots, table games and live casino, with support advertised around the clock. The company’s history is on our ElectraWorks page. None of it was unusual, so it was an easy site to fold into a bigger sister.

Sister Sites and Where the Players Went

Foxy Bingo is the sister the operator chose, so it’s where most Cheeky accounts ended up. If you’re weighing up whether to stay, our Foxy Bingo review is the up-to-date picture, and our list of closed bingo sites tracks the other brands that have gone the same way.
