Prices at Opera Whitehaven are mostly £10 – £15 for paper sessions. Electronics start from £15, and the Opera Flyer costs £2.

In terms of promos and offers, Whitehaven runs themed special sessions most months. Over 60s nights double the house prize when it is called on a number over 60, 7’s Above does the same for numbers ending in 7, 8 or 9, and Carry On Bingo adds 10 extra house prizes. These sessions usually cost £10 – £15 for your paper books, with the dates listed in the What’s On guide on the club’s website.

About Opera Whitehaven

Opera Bingo Whitehaven can be found in the middle of town and getting there is easy thanks to its central location on Tangier Street. You can either choose to drive and park in one of two pay and display car parks that are directly in front of and behind the club or use public transport. All of the main bus routes stop just around the corner on Duke Street, plus the 1, 29 and 30 stop on Tangier Street itself by Wetherspoon.

Membership is completely free and you can sign up in a matter of minutes at the reception on your first visit. If you are lucky enough to look under 25 you will be required to show photo ID so make sure to bring that with you. Bingo plays every evening, with afternoon sessions on Thursday and Saturday, and the in-house prizes are usually between £50 – £500 with the bigger prizes tending to be available during the weekend evening games. There is also £1,000 up for grabs on the Cashpot Pays game, four-figure prizes on the Jumpin Jackpots and the chance of winning up to £50K on the National so there is plenty to play for. Other facilities include a bar that will take care of all of your food and drink needs, plus disabled access is available if required.

Promotions can vary, but often include free main sessions, half-price games with the same prize money and double money games. Their Facebook page is the best place to keep up to date with all of the latest offers and news. Whilst you are there, you will also often have opportunities to take part in free competitions for free bingo sessions.
